Appreciation for in-hospital visit

On the two occasions when I was hospitalized, my physician, Israel Wacks, personally visited me. As hospitals are increasingly relying on hospitalists, I appreciated a visit from my own longtime internist. He knows me better than any hospitalist possibly could. Also, Dr. Wacks is easily found at all hours. Sometimes when I call, he picks up his mobile phone. Better than having me leave messages with his assistant or an answering service. From my POV, this is what I am paying for with my MDVIP plan.
