The Amazing Dr. Scott Hammer

My husband was recently diagnosed with Melanoma. We were in no way prepared for this diagnosis; nor prepared to process it Dr. Hammer was invaluable assisting us with making needed decisions in a timely manner. He ensured we had a PET scan done, were connected to an Oncology team at Penn Medical, and Surgeon specializing in this specific type of cancer. In approximately 6 weeks of our initial diagnosis, we had surgery performed to remove the Melanoma, and received the pathology, report enabling us to make prominent decisions moving forward with his care. This would never have been possible if it were not for Dr. Hammer; and MDVIP. We were prior patients of Dr. Hammer, prior to this going MDVIP; and was not surprised by his integrity; as this is the Doctor we have always known.
