Always there when I need him

In October I received a "possible" cancer diagnosis, so I called Dr, West. He saw me within an hour and spent a good amount of time calming me (and my husband), and explaining what would happen next. He encouraged us to not fight battles and scenarios that we didn't know yet, but take it one step at a time. We felt so much better after we saw him, because we knew he would be with us every step of the way.
It turned out that I do have cancer, and Dr. West has been our rock through this time. Several times he explained and helped me deal with issues that arose. Knowing that Dr. West "has my back" has meant so very much to us.
