Always There When I Need Her

I've been a patient of Dr. Pam Wang for many years. I've always valued her caring, personal attention. She even gave me her personal cell phone in case I need to reach her outside of office hours.

About 4 am one morning, I was experiencing a medical emergency and my husband called her cell phone. She didn't answer right away so he left a message and she called back within a few minutes. My husband apologized for bothering her, but not before Dr. Wang apologized for not answering immediately.

We had already called 9-1-1 and she was on the phone with us when the paramedics arrived. She advised that I should get checked out at the hospital and then called my husband again as he was following the ambulance to the hospital.

The fact that I know I can reach out at any time, day or night, and receive immediate, caring and supportive attention is very reassuring. It's also very rare in today's health care system. This is why I've stayed with Dr. Wang all these years.
