Always There in Times of Need

It's a given that when health emergencies strike, it will be a weekend or even worse- a holiday. But Dr. Phelan is always there, always just a phone call away, patiently listening and taking good care of my husband and me. Not only can we rely on him to be there for us, but he can steer us in the right direction if it's an emergency or if we need immediate care from someone else, such as a specialist. He has helped us avoid the dreaded Emergency Room a couple of times and consistently monitors our health needs.
