There are countless times in the last couple of years that I have needed advice. If I changed a prescription she would call me to see how I was doing, When I called her nurse, who is also wonderful, as is all her staff, to request something or ask a question, Dr Reed would personally call me back. When I first chose to continue with her when she went concierge, I wondered why I was doing it because I only went for annual or bi annual appointment. I have tested the concierge concept in the last few years and it has been so worth it. Dr. Reed believes in practicing personal medicine and she vastly exceeds that goal.
