Always there

Dr. Scoles is my rock. In this day and age to have a Dr. to call or have one that will return your call is almost unheard of or at least that was my experience before joining MDVIP. I have had to deal with a problem that would crop up invariably on a weekend and I would have to go to the urgent care or ER when all I needed was a lab order and RX. I found that I could call Dr. Scoles and he always answered my calls and questions (weekend or office days) and took care of the situation immediately. I usually spend a month away from home in the winter and a call back to Dr. Scoles office with a problem is always taken care of by him and his wonderful staff. What a stress reliever Dr. Scoles has been in my life. I sometimes wonder if he ever gets to enjoy a vacation, attend church, or just have a pleasant family day or holiday without phone calls. I hope so and I am thankful that my problem has improved so much that fortunately he doesn't have to hear my voice on the other end of the line that often. I am sure that makes both of us happy.
