Always there

Whenever something odd happens, like a sudden fall while dog walking last December, Dr. Hochwalt is there for me through a simple phone call. The fall happened while his office was particularly overwhelmed and he still offered straightforward advice, found a medical facility and orthopedic doctor close to where I'm now living (which is an area that isn't familiar to him).

I've been exploring moving out of the area, and Dr. Hochwalt is one of the main reasons I haven't, so far, moved. He listens, confronts me when he thinks I'm being unreasonable, and is always straightforward and honest. I've been his patient for almost 30 years.
