Always the most welcoming, willing to help presence every time i visit, no matter how bad i feel.

My doctor always meets me with the most genuine caring presence. I mean every single time is the same. She has to be very busy but always makes time to greet and comfort me initially no matter how bad i feel or how sick. Then after i am seated on that ‘less than glamorous’ exam table i am much more relaxed and actually feel better just with her presence because she honestly cares. Genuine caring is rare nowadays but my doctor even takes time to teach me practical things i can do to help myself. She goes beyond the prescription for medication. It’s almost as if she is the prescription for healing and feeling better.
