At the peak of Covid I was at my partners house in California. She was very sick with Covid. I tested positive but had no symptoms. I was concerned and texted Dr. Zaino early Sunday morning. He immediately texted me back and said I am in church. I will call you in 10 minutes. Dr. Zaino was with his family, on a Sunday morning, but he did call me back in 10 minutes and assured me that I was fine. That kind of personal service is very comforting.
