Dr. Ramsbottom is always available by text to answer questions, refill medications or offer medical advice. I have texted him on several occasions and always received a timely response. I once texted him when he was on vacation in the Caribbean and received a timely and helpful response. When I found out he was on vacation I apologized for the intrusion but was assured he didn’t mind and considered this a part of his MDVIP service. While I would never abuse this privilege it is comforting to know I have access to my doctor 24/7.
