Always available

Before signing up with Caren Singer, my other doctor, who really was great, would keep me waiting sometimes hours at a time to see him. The problem persisted, and I would waste hours of time every time I went to see him. We discussed it, and he promised to do better but he never did.
Since signing up with doctor Singer, I have NEVER been kept waiting more than just a few minutes, never more than ten. I love her. She is concerned, efficient and considerate of my time as well as others who see her. I am SO GLAD I changed doctors, and I have never looked back. She is amazing!
