Affiliation with MDVIP a success

John Hubner M.D. agreed to become our physician in 2009 following the untimely death of our previous doctor and soon after his affiliation with MDVIP. Since then, through myriad health concerns, Dr. Hubner and his excellent staff have always been there for us. He came to our home late one night when I first experienced a kidney stone; for my wife, he obtained from a specialist colleague and delivered to her several samples of a key medicine to help alleviate an intestinal issue. The 6-month check-ups, the prompt telephone responses, vaccinations, referrals to specialists - recently being able to bring our son and his wife into his practice have been very important to us. Thanks to his attentiveness. and our own interest in maintaining good health, Nancy and I feel fortunate. At the outset, Dr. Hubner was a bit unsure if focusing more on fewer patients would enable him to enjoy a satisfying practice. When I saw him on January 29 for my annual physical, I quizzed him on this decision 15 years ago - he said he is pleased - and so am I.
