Adult Legal Guardian

My son needs to have yearly confirmation from his primary care physician submitted to our state Court of competent jurisdiction regarding his serious medical condition. As his biological mother I must rely on our primary physician to understand and comply with our legal standards. Without our primary care physician understanding of these requirements, my adult Autistic son could become a ward of the State instead of being in his family’s care. Dr. Hammer understands these challenges but also makes honest analysis in the best interest of our son. We are very grateful of his knowledge that general PC would not be able to provide. Thank you!
