Accessible

Dr. Marc Scarbrough is my doctor. He is very accessible by phone or text, and his responses are within moments. When I had to take my husband to the ER, Dr. Scarbrough was on the phone, keeping track of what was happening. He helped the doctors understand what had been happening to Jerry and what we had tried. Dr. Scarbrough is interested in our out of the office lives, too. When I told him that we had weekly ice cream parties in July, he perked up. And when I mentioned hay ice cream, he wanted to come. He brought his wife, met the neighbors and tried out all of the five or six flavors that week. I feel like he's my friend.
