Above and Beyond-Help staying healthy

I was able to ask Dr. Rychetsky a question that was really bothering me. A participant in my yoga class got Covid, and I found out we had a couple of anti-vaxers in the class. I stopped going. After missing a few sessions, I texted her through the portal and asked if i was being overly cautious. She responded that Covid was picking up in our area, and given the holidays, staying away was a prudent decision. Consequently, I sought other options for exercise and movement. And, I haven’t contracted Covid.
