Above and beyond

Dr Edward Kocharian is probably the best doctor I have ever had. He is caring, thorough, well informed, intelligent, kind and always available. He really listens and pays close attention.
HIs office is very well run and it is a pleasure to call there or go in.
When I call the office, I get an immediate response.
He once returned a call to me when he was at the airport. This is unheard of - at least for me - and to say I was very impressed is an understement! This was above and beyond and indicative of the service he has provided.
