I have been a patient of Dr. Jules Victor, III for many years and I followed him into MDVIP. I’ve never regretted the decision to go with this practice model. I can give many examples of the attentive care I’ve received from Dr. Victor, Rachel and Ashley but a recent experience comes to mind.

While traveling in Italy, I had my backpack taken. The only items in the bag of importance were
my daily prescription medications. I called Rachel, Dr. Victor’s nurse, upon getting off the train in San Remo and she immediately called me back and told me to obtain the fax number of a pharmacy in my location. As it turns out, I was able to get my medicines without a prescription but the quick response after a stressful situation meant everything. Dr. Victor took the time to email me and offer support and concern. How nice that gesture was and how appreciated!

This travel related incident is one of so many reasons I love Dr. Victor’s MDVIP practice. 5 stars
is so well deserved!
