Lioudmila Kinachtchouk, MD

It's taken me almost five years to write because this is such an emotional letter for me. Dr. Kinachtchouk has always taken good care of my mom and me. When my mom needed help with her aneurysm, Dr. Kinachtchouk immediately sent her down to the Cleveland Clinic to the best doctor. That meant so much to me because it saved my mom's life. I would also like to bring special attention to Nicole Licavoli at Dr. Kinachtchouk's office. The staff at the office is all wonderful but Nicole is special to me because of how she took care of my mother. Nicole is the nurse for Dr. Kinatchchouk. My mother and I were extremely close and my mother had some health issues so we spent a lot of time with Dr. Kinatchchouk and especially talking to Nicole for prescriptions, faxing orders for tests and just general health related issues. However, Nicole went above and beyond just being a nurse for Dr. Kinatchchouk. She always had time for my mom and when my mom couldn’t get into the office or had to change appointments, Nicole spent time on the phone with my mom or me. She was always accessible for my mom no matter what was going on in the doctor’s office. When my mom died at the hospital at our cottage, the first person I thought to call was Nicole, just because I knew she would want to know. My mom died on a weekend so when I called Nicole on Monday the hospital had already contacted Dr. Kinatchchouk. Nicole and I cried on the phone together and she said how much she loved my mom. Since then, it has been such an emotional journey for me without my mom and Nicole and Dr. Kinachtchouk have always been there for me. I can’t imagine getting through all this without Nicole and Dr. Kinachtchouk. Nicole’s been my therapy person, caregiver when I need help with things and support for me no matter what’s going on in her office. I signed up for MDVIP because I value Dr. Kinachtchouk's expertise and because of how she and her staff treated my mother. I will never be able to repay both of them for all they did for my mom and me when we needed them. Thank you.
