Because each person is truly unique, I believe that helping to facilitate healing for people must also be as well. Although we start in different places on our health journeys and have different priorities and values, my experience indicates many patients  tend to want the same thing: improved health and better quality of life. Through advanced screenings and a lifestyle-based approach, I also look forward to proactively helping you address risk factors and educating you to help make informed decisions to better prevent illness. As a primary care physician who has been in practice for almost 20 years, I have developed many areas of interest and experience. Because I believe in the importance of how our day-to-day decisions affect our health, I have developed and incorporated many lifestyle-based philosophies and programs into my care. Rooted in and focused on what I believe  are the five pillars of wellness, specifically nutrition, activity, sleep, psychological well-being, and meaningful social relationships, my philosophy offers a holistic way of approaching health and, at times, an innovative way of approaching care.  

My MDVIP-affiliated practice is located in Orange County, CA, and offers services, including comprehensive, advanced health screenings and diagnostic tests, that go far beyond those found in concierge medicine practices. In addition, I also offer same- or next-day appointments with minimal waiting. As a leader in the Orange County medical community, I have served on the Board of Trustees at Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, CA, and as the president of the Orange County Medical Association.
