Vermont Doctor Opens MDVIP-Affiliated Primary Care Practice
Samuel R. Stoyak, M.D., Joins Frank Landry, M.D., in South Burlington to Deliver Patient-Centered Care

Dr. Stoyak is board certified in Internal Medicine and is affiliated with the University of Vermont Medical Center and Central Vermont Medical Center. He becomes the second MDVIP affiliate in South Burlington, joining Frank Landry, M.D., who opened his affiliated practice in 2011.
