MDVIP Ambassador Jasmine Sexton

Jasmine Sexton, who works for MDVIP affiliate Dr. Julie McCormick in Anchorage, AK, is an MDVIP Ambassador for going above and beyond the call of duty and making her patients feel welcome, valued and loved.

Noteworthy Nominations:

Jasmine has been my MA for 7 years - She has been key in my transition to MDVIP. Prior to our transition she worked side by side helping to care for my patients in a very busy practice. When we finally decided to transition, she and I made the decision together. As the first in Alaska, it was ground breaking and we were learning more or less on our own. She was so quick to learn and catch on. Despite difficulties in her personal life, single mother of two teenage sons, she was the hardest working and most dedicated medical assistant. She made our patients feel well cared for and important - rounding out their experience with MDVIP. After transition, we then moved practices and switched EMR to Athena - a very difficult transition as well. She stuck by me and now things in the office are what we dreamed them to be. I would like to honor Jasmine with this award! I couldn't do it without her.
