My Moment

My first visit with Dr. Juanita Heersink was unlike any other doctor visit I have incurred. Upon entering the office I was met with a friendly greeting,
there was not a waiting room packed with other patients, and the office was clean and pleasant. I was escorted into an exam room and very quickly Dr. Heersink entered. She had such a friendly smile and a soft voice, which reassured me I made the right choice in choosing her to be my doctor. Dr. Heersink was totally focused on me and my health….this was confirmed by my past medical records which she had reviewed prior to my first visit. Dr. Heersink is intelligent, she is caring, she is what I want in my doctor. She listens to me and works with me to resolve my health issues. I have great confidence in Dr. Heersink and am blessed to have her as my primary doctor.
