I first met Dr. Daniel Shull when he was an intern in Dr. Goodman's office in Carmel, Indiana.
The year was 1976 and I was 54 years old. He fixed a badly mashed finger for me. I have been seeing him since that time. He has taken very good care of me and kept me healthy I want to thank Dr. Shull so very much, and I hope he will see me out.
