Dr. Mark Chyna

Dr. Chyna is more than a doctor to my husband and I, he is more of a friend. He is always just a phone call away if we need his advice or have some health concerns.

Nineteen years ago, I was in the emergency room and had surgery for a ruptured appendix. They asked for my primary doctor and I really didn’t have one so I used my husband’s doctor. Dr. Chyna was by my bed soon after my surgery and that is where our story/friendship begins. At our annual physicals he always sits and talks to you about yourself and family. There is no rushing to get you out as he wants to hear about ALL our concerns, aches and pains. Once, I cut the tip of my finger off, I called Dr. Chyna (in the evening hours) and he didn’t answer. I told him I am going to the emergency room. By the time I gave ER my name and they told me to sit down, Dr. Chyna was on the phone telling me to get out of the ER and go get “Stop Bleed” and see him the next day. I did skim off the tip of my finger and there was no way they could stitch me up. He saved me the cost ER and cured my finger in due time. We have many examples of his being there for us and at our age (both over 70 now) we need his love and support. I have MANY stories like the ones above, it is GREAT to know that we have such GREAT care and ADVISOR on our side whenever and where ever. We have talked to him (via phone) once at his son’s baseball game, once on his way to visit his son at college and once when the pharmacist couldn’t get in touch with him regarding one of our prescriptions and to her amazement, I took out my I-phone and handled the phone to her with Dr. Chyna on the other end.

I can go on forever about our gratitude and faith we have in our doctor but I won’t. I will say that he is worth every penny we pay him and consider him one of our “family/friends”.
